Please note as a small business, this is unfortunately something we cannot accommodate returns for. Please make sure when purchasing that you are 100% on the product.
Faulty / Damaged Items
If you receive a faulty or damaged product, we will happily replace them or offer a refund. Please send through your order number, details of the issue and photos to winnieandvines@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
We will provide you a return authorisation form to be included with the goods which will need to be returned to us.
Sale Items
All products on sale cannot be exchanged or refunded for. Once a sale item is purchased, the sale is final.
