All parcels are sent via Australia Post or Sendle and a tracking number will be sent to your email address. Winnie & Vines are not responsible for loss or any damage to your package.
Unfortunately delays from the carrier may occur from time to time, and this is out of our control. If nobody is home to receive the order, the carrier reserves the right to leave in a safe place if there is a place out of sight. If the driver does not believe there is a safe place, the parcel will be taken to the nearest post office for collection.
Winnie & Vines are not liable for parcels that show as delivered and go missing.
Alternatively, you can select to pick up your order. The full address will be sent to you once your order is ready with a time slot to pick it up. Please do not show up outside of this time slot. If the time does not suit you, please email us with an alternative and we will do our best to accommodate you.

All orders will be dispatched within 2 business days. Delivery time frame is estimated between 2-5 working days (within Australia) and in some cases up to 10 working days (eg. Perth, rural or remote locations). If you require a quicker delivery time, please select Express Post as the option during checkout.
